Chicken Potstickers
Chicken and vegetable dumplings with dipping sauce.

Good things come to those who can’t wait for dinner. Thanks to our flavor-packed Chicken Potstickers, you don’t have to. Whether by fork, by chopsticks or by hand, prepare for an Asian-style taste adventure.

To Prepare Sauce:Remove sauce packet(s) from package; place in warm water to thaw.

Skillet (recommended)
1. Add 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil to a non-stick skillet; coat evenly.
2. Place frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between potstickers.
3. Add water (see chart). Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on MEDIUM HIGH heat for 8 minutes.
4. Uncover. Continue to heat until water has evaporated and bottoms are lightly browned. Do not move potstickers while browning.

Boil/Brown (traditional method)
1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add frozen potstickers and stir.
3. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain. Brown if desired.
To Brown: (optional)
1. Add 1 Tbsp. oil to a non-stick skillet. Turn heat to MEDIUM.
2. Place boiled potstickers flat-side down and heat until golden brown.
Microwave Instructions
1. Place 5 FROZEN potstickers in a microwave-safe dish and cover with hot water.
2. Microwave on HIGH* for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot!
3. Brown, if desired, as shown above.
Caution: Carton and its contents will be extremely hot.
*Based on 1200 watt microwave.
IMPORTANT: For food safety and quality, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F before eating. Appliances may vary. Adjustments may be necessary to heat thoroughly. Keep frozen until ready to use. Store unused potstickers in resealable container in freezer.
