Microwave Cooking Instructions

  1. Place 5 FROZEN potstickers in a microwave-safe dish and cover with hot water.
  2. Microwave on HIGH* for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot!

To Brown: (optional)

  1. Add 1 Tbsp. oil to a non-stick skillet. Turn heat to MEDIUM.
  2. Place boiled potstickers flat-side down and heat until golden brown.

TO PREPARE SAUCE:
Remove sauce packet(s) from package; place in warm water to thaw.

Skillet Cooking Instructions (recommended)

  1. Add 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil to a non-stick skillet; coat evenly.
  2. Place frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between potstickers.
  3. Add water (see below). Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on MEDIUM HIGH heat for 8 minutes.

    8-inch Skillet - 1/2 cup
    10-inch Skillet - 2/3 cup
    12-inch Skillet - 1 cup

  4. Uncover. Continue to heat until water has evaporated and bottoms are lightly browned. Do not move potstickers while browning.

TO PREPARE SAUCE:
Remove sauce packet(s) from package; place in warm water to thaw.

Boil & Brown Cooking Instructions

Traditional Method

  1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add frozen potstickers and stir.
  3. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain. Brown if desired.

    I really love these. I like to brown them in the pan by cooking them a little longer than the instructions and turning them often. They are very savory, and the soy sauce that comes in the package is actually better than most I've tried at the grocery store. I only wish they came with more sauce in each bag, it's never enough.
