Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry

Noodles with tender pieces of grilled chicken dark meat, fresh-cut vegetables and traditional sauce. Our Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry makes a delicious meal every time.

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until use. Cook thoroughly.
Remove sauce packet; thaw in warm water.

STOVETOP (recommended):

To Cook Noodles: Do not cut, puncture or open steamable pouch.

  1. Microwave noodle pouch, seam side up, on high 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Let stand 1 minute.
  3. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot.

    Or,

  1. Empty noodles into a pot on stovetop.
  2. Add water, bring to a boil and heat 1 to 1 ½ minutes.
  3. Strain.

To Cook Chicken & Vegetables:

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Immediately add chicken. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add heated noodles, combine and heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sauce and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce has been absorbed.

MICROWAVE (not recommended):

Do not cook in container. Only noodle pouch is microwaveable. Do not place any other packaging in microwave. Remove sauce packet; thaw in warm water.

  1. Empty chicken and vegetables into a microwave-safe dish and cover.
  2. Heat on high 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Add heated noodles, stir in sauce. Re-cover and heat on high 30 seconds.
  4. Let stand 1 minute.

Cooking times may vary. Adjustments may be necessary to heat thoroughly.

Sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp. chopped green onions or chives for a fresh twist.

For delicious Thai Peanut Chicken, stir in 2 Tbsp. peanut butter and 1 to 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce in step 4. Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro before serving.

Create Asian chicken noodle soup!
Combine 1 carton (32 oz.) chicken broth and the Sauce, Noodles and Chicken in large saucepan; bring to boil. Add vegetables. Return to boil; simmer 2 minutes.
