I love steamed dumplings and I cook the dumplings in a steamer pot for about 10 minutes once it starts steaming. I do have one complaint and that is when I buy a large bag of potstickers it has a different amount of sauce packets every time I buy them. Once they had 4 packets which was nice but other times it had 2 or three which was not near enough to dunk all the potstickers in for everyone that had them. If they would put at least four packets in every bag or would sell the sauce by the bottle, I would surely buy it.

This is a surprisingly great meal. We were very happy after a long day of renovating to have these.
