This entree has not been my favorite of all the Taipei entrees I've tried so far. Portion size on this was great, and there was just enough chicken in this to balance with the rice and veggies. Lots of sauce! The reason I took off 2 stars was because for me personally I found it to be a bit too spicy. Definitely has a hint or orange, but lots of heat (I prefer the Sweet & Sour Chicken). If you like spicier, this might be right up your alley!

I keep Tai Pei Orange Chicken in my freezer all the time. The new packaging is great, rice and veggies are fluffier and taste is amazing.

I have been purchasing Tai Pei frozen meals for years. They have been a staple product in my freezer. When they introduced the new packaging I was very happy! However, the new recipes are, in my opinion, so bad I will not be purchasing them any longer. My favorite was Orange Chicken. They reduced the number of chicken pieces, put a different coating on them and changed the sauce. I gave them another try with Beef and Broccoli. Not much beef, very tough, and very over-seasoned. The only way I will ever purchase another Tai Pei frozen meal is if they go back to the original recipes. Very sorry about this because Tai Pei has been so good in the past! I like the new packaging - that is why I gave this 2 stars instead of 1.
